The Universal Cello is a commonly used as an SMS Flow Logger when there are more than 2 water meters within close proximity. Being of a rugged, waterproof design, the universal cello flow logger can be installed outdoors or underground.  This SMS Flow Logger transmits data from water, gas or electric meters to a host PC by SMS once a day and can also send alarms.  The data from this SMS flow logger is viewed on the host PC using the graph, table and calculation features of the PMAC software.
