The Cello is a commonly used by water utilities at district meters and critical points.  Being both a pressure logger and a flow logger the combined functionality of this SMS data logger make it suitable for both applications.  The SMS data logger sends the pressure or flow data by SMS once a day to a host PC and will also send high, low, profiled or minimum night flow alarms.  The data from this SMS data logger is viewed on the host PC using the graph, table and calculation features of the PMAC software.
